Est. in 1972, Ron Butler Custom Homes is one of the oldest locally owned and operated Austin custom home builders serving Greater Austin.
Our Story
Owner and master carpenter Ron Butler began building homes 40 years ago. From the onset he built a solid reputation on quality and integrity from materials to construction and communications. He has built many of his client’s building projects with his own hands, including homes, decks, barns and rainwater collection systems. Besides framing, doing foundations from start to finish and interior trim work, Ron is very experienced in plumbing, HVAC and electrical. Today, Ron Butler Custom Homes is located in Leander, Texas (24 miles north of Austin). It continues to be family owned and operated by Ron, and exemplifies a Texas tradition among Austin custom home builders, remodeling contractors and construction companies and homeowners alike. Our core specialties are custom home building, new construction, remodeling, and when time permits, commercial construction.
